  • New: Publication of Swabbing for Listeria video

    Swabbing for Listeria video has been developed to help Risk Management Programme operators create an environmental testing programme. The video provides instructions on how to collect environmental samples from processing area for Listeria testing.

  • New: FOOD SAFETY ALERTS are changing: SIGN UP NOW to stay informed

    If you are a business or organisation that sells food, the new FOOD ACT is probably relevant to you. Information about the Food Act 2014 is now on the new MPI website. To continue to stay up to date, please register for alerts from our new site.
    To help businesses transition to new food safety rules, we are regularly making more resources and information available. This includes templates, guidance, and information for different sectors.
